Organdy Petticoat with Fluff, 60 Yard These extra-full organdy petticoats, or crinolines, have 60 yards of fabric so they won't flatten under the weight of your costume! All petticoats have a soft, 3 inch ruffle, or fluff, around the bottom for that extra flouncy look.
