Balloon Scarecrow

If you’ve never tried making a balloon body we are going to show a simple method using two 260’s and a small round balloon.

The Body:

After selecting 260’s of the same color, inflate them both leaving about a half inch tail and tie, you are ready to begin.

Step 1. Make a small bubble about a 1/2 inch, then a loop twist. Lock twist the loop and bubble creating the hands.

Step 2. Line the balloons evenly side by side with your loops twists at top. Now come down a few inches to create the arms and twist the 2 balloons together.

Step 3. Make a small pinch twist on each of the bottom balloons at this segment for the shoulders.

Step 4. To make the torso, simply do another twist of the two balloons a few inches below the arm twist.

Step 5. Below this you have just made legs; loop one of the legs through the body loop.

Step 6. Make loop twists at the end of the legs to create feet just like when making the hands.

The Head:

Step 1. Inflate the Orange 5″ in round balloon so it is proportionate to the body and tie.

Step 2. With a black magic marker draw your scarecrow face.

Step 3. Attach the head by looping the nozzle of the round balloon around your shoulder bubbles.

Adjust the hands and feet, your scarecrow is finished.

A fairly simple balloon that can be done in just a couple of minutes.
