Qualatex classic pencil balloons, 2" wide and 60" long. The Neons are a slightly thicker balloon, making them pretty hard to inflate by mouth and easier to twist if you let some air out before twisting. The Neon colors are very bright and look great under black lights, but do not glow in the dark. These colors are a lot of fun, we think you'll like them!
