Most Canadian orders ship (leave our warehouse) within 1 business day from the time the order is placed. For questions about orders shipped to Canada contact us at 1-734-454-6625. Business days are weekdays Monday - Friday and DO NOT include Saturdays, Sundays or US Holidays.

  • USPS First Class Mail: 10-14 days, estimated time only, no tracking available)
  • USPS Priority Mail: 6-10 business days
  • USPS Express Mail: 3-5 business days

     Shipping Charges

    To view the shipping charges on any order, simply place the items you wish to purchase into your shopping cart and select "Canada" as your shipping country and enter your delivery postal code on the shopping cart page, then click “Calculate” and we will tell you the costs for different shipping methods and an estimated delivery time.

    Please note that delivery times for Canadian shipments are not guaranteed, and we are not responsible for packages delayed by customs.

    Generally, if your package is being delivered to a major metropolitan area, your shipping time will be on the shorter side of the times listed above. Rural/remote areas of Canada will have the longest shipping times and may exceed the times listed above for extremely remote areas.

    Customs

    Please note that all shipments outside the United States may be subject to Import Duty / Tax / VAT which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient of the parcel, as we have no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be.

    When ordering from Clown Antics you agree to pay any Import Duty / Tax / VAT which may be imposed by your country's government. If you refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges note that you will remain liable for the purchase price of the product/s and any Import Duty / Tax / VAT or penalty imposed by your government. Most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender. We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.

    Customs policies vary widely from country to country and customs duties are not always applied. Therefore we ask that you contact your local customs/import/mail departments for rates before you place an order to avoid any surprises.
