When will my package arrive?

We ship out of Newburgh, New York. Orders placed before 1 PM EST will ship out the same day. See our Same Day Shipping Guarantee.

Here are some of the more popular shipping methods that we offer: 

    • USPS First Class: Approximately 3 - 11 days for the continental U.S. You can track your package here. See Map below for the estimated number of transit days. Please note that these are estimates only based on historical data, and actual delivery time could vary. USPS First Class option is not available on certain class of products or on International Shipments. Please see details here.

    • USPS Priority Mail: Approximately 2 - 7 days for the continental U.S. (If you are closer to New York, it's faster.) You can track your package here. See Map below for the estimated number of transit days. Please note that these are estimates only based on historical data, and actual delivery time could vary. USPS Priority Mail option is not available on certain class of products or on International Shipments. Please see details here.

    • UPS Ground: See the map below for the estimated number of transit days. Please note that these are estimates only based on historical data, and actual delivery time could vary. We add one day to the UPS Ground Ship Times (in case anything goes wrong).

What if I am shipping to another country?
Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Orders above $50 ship free to addresses within the Contiguous United States!  Multiple orders are combined at our discretion.
Do you ship internationally?
We have shipped to 50 countries so far and can't wait to ship to another 50. Click on the link below to see delivery times. International Shipping is not available on certain class of products. Please see details here.
Who Pays Customs Fees, Duties, and Taxes?

Please note that all shipments outside the United States may be subject to Import Duty / Tax / VAT which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient of the parcel, as we have no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be.

When ordering from Clown Antics you agree to pay any Import Duty / Tax / VAT which may be imposed by your country's government. If you refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges note that you will remain liable for the purchase price of the product/s and any Import Duty / Tax / VAT or penalty imposed by your government. Most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender. We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country and customs duties are not always applied. Therefore we ask that you contact your local customs/import/mail departments for rates before you place an order to avoid any surprises.
How do I ship to PO boxes?

Unfortunately UPS can NOT deliver to Post Office Boxes! If you enter a PO Box for shipping, you will be given applicable US Postal Service shipping options. Note that flammable items cannot ship via USPS, so if you have any flammable items in your shopping cart, you will need to enter a street address for delivery.
Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, we ship via the US Postal Service. Postal orders are delivered 1-5 days after shipping, Monday through Saturday.

Orders shipping to P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses (APO, FPO, etc.) can ONLY be shipped via Priority or First Class Mail.
Why can't I select USPS, Air, Priority or International shipping on my order?

Certain items we carry, such as spirit gum and latex, are flammable and considered hazardous materials by the U.S. Department of Transportation. These flammable items are not permitted to travel on airplanes, and can only be shipped via UPS Ground. Since the U.S. Postal Service considers Priority Mail as air, flammable items cannot be shipped via USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail or UPS Air. If any item in your order falls into this category then the shipping option for entire order is restricted to UPS Ground for domestic packages. If your order is International, we are sorry that we cannot ship these restricted items to you. Please remove them from your cart to complete your order of remaining items.
Why is my UPS Shipping less expensive when I get to the cart?

If you are shipping to a commercial address, the rates are cheaper. The Rate Calculator on the cart can't tell based on zip code.
