Cameleon Neon or UV face paints are bright even under normal light, but glow intensely under black light. They can be used to create stunning designs at parties, night clubs and other events where black light is used. Cameleon is made without paraben or beewax, making it safe for sensitive skin or on children. Cameleon face paints are made using EU & USA approved ingredients. Baseline colors have been approved by FDA for cosmetic use. Neon colors are approved for special effects use only, not as a cosmetic. As per US FDA recommendations, reds and blues (including greens and purples) or Neon colors should not be used around eyes and lips. These colors should not be left on skin for a long time.
